Solid flow meter

The Gantry pelletizer can cut the plastic strip into standard 3*3 particles, the hardness of the cut material is greater than 50 degrees Shore, and the granulator size can be customized according to user requirements.

Multi-layer High-Barrier Co-extrusion Film Production Line

It is used for the production of multi-layer co-extruded films. The plastic particles are mixed and proportioned through an automatic batching system and then transported to a temporary storage bin. The materials in the temporary storage bin are sent to multiple extruders and extruded into mold blanks through co-extrusion molds. The mold blanks are heated, blown up, cooled, heat-set and cooled, and finally wound into finished roll films.

Small bag loading and unpacking system

This system integrates automatic feeding, automatic bag grabbing, automatic bag breaking, automatic bag shaking and unloading, automatic waste bag sorting and recycling, as well as a dust removal system into one integrated unit.
