On June 6, 2025, Wuxi Lingood Mechanical Technology Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 833284) and Wuxi City Investment Development Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will establish comprehensive collaboration in supply chain synergy, market expansion, and technology commercialization. Mr. He Haven, Executive President of Lingood, Mr. Xu Jin, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of Wuxi City Investment, along with key management representatives from both sides, attended the signing ceremony.
