The project will be developed in three phases with a total of 20 production lines, focusing on the R&D, production, and sales of biodegradable materials. Once fully completed, the project is expected to reach an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons.
According to publicly available information, the project is designed to build an integrated industrial chain covering the entire process from powder raw materials to finished biodegradable film bags.
Raw materials will be sourced locally. Upstream local companies will supply calcium-based raw materials, while bamboo-processing waste generated in the region will be recycled into bamboo powder for reuse.
This localized supply model supports resource recycling and green development while filling a gap in the local production of high-end biodegradable materials.
